Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
Our booking and cancellation policy for Joyful Tours is designed to ensure fairness for all our Sri Lanka travellers and local partners. We strive to provide seamless, professional service on every private tour.
Payment for your Sri Lanka tour should be completed at least 7 days before the tour date. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
In the rare event of severe weather or unforeseen issues at a tour site, Joyful Tours reserves the right to slightly modify the route for the safety and comfort of all passengers on the Sri Lanka tour.
All passengers are covered with basic travel insurance during their Sri Lanka journey. We also strongly recommend holding your own international travel insurance policy for full trip protection.
