* Quoted prices cover transportation and guide services only. Entry fees, meals, and personal activities are not included.

Tour Policy
Our booking and cancellation policy for Joyful Tours is designed to ensure fairness for both our travelers and our local partners. We strive to provide a seamless and professional service at all times.
Payment for your tour should be completed at least 7 days before the tour date. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the tour will be refunded 50% of the total amount.
In the rare event of severe weather or unforeseen structural issues at a tour site, Joyful Tours reserves the right to slightly modify the route for the safety and comfort of our passengers.
All our passengers are covered with basic travel insurance during the journey. However, we highly recommend that you possess your own international travel insurance policy for overall protection.
